I have posed this question in a Google Drive forum, but no one has responded. Of Gmail, delete my email from the sign in list, clear my history and bookmarks, close the browser, reinstall the plugin, reopen the browser, sign in to Gmail again, reopen Word or Excel and I would be able to reauthorize the plugin with my email and password. Has anyone else seen this problem? Is there a fix? I have looked, and one fix I found was to uninstall the plug in, sign out I have not been able to use Drive with Office for months now. When I click either of these links, nothing happens. When I try to open a file from my Drive in Excel or Word, all I see "Sign in to Drive" and I have downloaded Office 365 to my computer, so I am not trying to use Web apps.
